On July 23, 2018 Glacial Lakes Rubber & Plastics was invited to participate in the Made in America event at the White House in Washington, D.C. Companies across the 50 States of the United States were chosen to represent Made in America products as a tribute to the American Workers. Glacial Lakes Rubber & Plastics of Watertown, SD had that honor to represent the State of South Dakota in 2018. Glacial Lakes Rubber and Plastics showcased footwear soles which they manufacture for military combat boots and athletic shoes. Glacial Lakes Rubber & Plastics also showcased rubber parts which are manufactured for agriculture, automotive and industrial industries.
